I do wish I could play these games on my PS3 as well as my PSP, but I'm glad Sony isn't overcharging us for the content.
The most exciting news though has to be the $15 release (in Japan) of Tekken 5: Day Resurrection. This download features the entire game with bumped-up resolutions, as well as the gameplay tweaks from the arcade and the ability to play as Jinpachi Mishima, a character not in the PS2 version. That's an insane value for a great game, and while the download is rather large, Sony again nailed some very impressive content at a commendable price. If they can keep this up, they may have one of the better selections of downloadable games, and they certainly have been very generous with their pricing, a lesson Nintendo needs to learn. The addition of the free Gran Turismo HD to the download service was also appreciated; it's a beautiful demo that is quite the showpiece for your 1080p display.
Sony has a strong start to their online plans, but in terms of big-name retail releases it'll be at least a month before any content worth $60 hits the shelves. Early adopters may feel like they're twisting in the wind, but people just picking up their system in February or March should have some great games to pick up with it.

Coming in at the top is the oh-so-magnificent PSP Blender.
